Hyatt Centric was fantastic! Staff extremely helpful, rooms clean and new. Great location, close to Times Square. Front desk upgraded our room to a better view. Service went above and beyond, always with a smile. Highly recommended for a stay in NYC.

It's delightful place to stay 1 mile away from an Art Deco skyscraper. All the rooms are stocked with a great view and the staff is perfect.

The setting is stunning and fantastic, near to public transport and New York and Times Square and Broadway.

Just stayed at a hotel in Midtown Manhattan. LOVED the clear view of the New World Trade Center from my room. The staff were welcoming. Would choose this place again. The room looked even better in person!

The rooftop bar and lounge on the 54th floor of the hotel was like something out of a movie - the views were absolutely breathtaking. Sipping on my cocktail while overlooking the city felt like being in a glamorous scene from a classic New York film.

Staff were cordial, wi-fi was free, and I loved its brilliant location not far from all main attractions and Times Square and the subway. Good service provided there too. My experience at this convenient hotel was fairly nice.

It’s super close to all the cool spots like Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall. The staff was epic, the rooms were clean, and the hotel vibes were so chill. We could easily hit up all the hotspots!

The only thing that could've been better is if there was a cool hangout spot specifically for young people like us. A place with awesome music and a fun crowd!

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, it has polite staff especially the receptionist. The venue is set in a safe area, 10 minutes walk to the metro station.

the space in the suite (executive king), the comfort of the bed, the proximity of times square and transport, the bar B54 which makes an excellent cocktail.

in the rooms on the 6th or 11th floor above the hotel entrance you can hear the whole street including the garbage truck at 4 o'clock in the morning.

The hotel staff were responsive and accommodating, addressing initial room issues promptly and offering a corner room with stunning Times Square views. The location is unbeatable for exploring Manhattan. The room was spacious and had a huge comfortable bed. Despite some minor maintenance and service issues, the overall experience was positive.

The property was fairly clean with helpful staff. My well-stocked room had a beautiful bathroom. The American breakfast was included and had lots of food. Such a very nice experience.

I booked 6 months in advance to get a room in the high-rise. We got a room on the fifth floor, no big deal.

the hyatt was super clean and right off times square - so we were in the best spot to see everything. the staff were so friendly and even let us use a meeting room for our prayers after we checked out - which was really helpful.

location, of course, view! Not even 100m from the lights of Times Square, fabulous! If we ever come back to New York, we will definitely come back to this hotel. From there, it is possible to do a lot of things on foot, like the Empire State, 5th Avenue, even Central Park.

The rooftop bar wasn't as cosy as we would have liked... It's true that due to the temperature outside we couldn't be outside, and inside it loses its charm. We would have liked sofas to enjoy the place and a little less loud music... For the bedroom, the least is that there were some courtesy products missing in the bathroom. No cotton, cotton buds, only one small shampoo when there were 3 of us...

The fact that with 18 and 20 year olds we couldn't get to the bar at the top. They could have had soft drinks, but we were not allowed to sit down. That's a shame.

the room at hyatt centric was a calm oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. we felt safe and the staff provided excellent service. the location was perfect, right in the heart of times square. the view from our room was amazing, and the bathroom and bathtub were top-notch. overall, a great experience. the staff at the 54 bar also deserves high marks for their exceptional service.

The hotel was AMAZING! Staff were super friendly, rooms were top-notch and the location - SO CLOSE TO TIMES SQUARE! 🌆 We enjoyed using the jacuzzi after a long day of exploring the city, and the gym was surprisingly spacious! Overall, the ONLY downside was that the hotel price was a bit steep, but honestly, it didn't impact our awesome stay at all. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel's location is fantastic for shopping and dining, but Bar 54's closed balcony disappointed us. Though the shower's water stream could be better, the room was clean and comfortable with an awesome view. However, the lack of a sit-down breakfast option was a downside. On New Year's Eve, the hotel failed to assist us during street closures, making our stay regrettable. The modern interior and friendly staff were highlights, but overall, it fell short.

The Italian grilled meat at the rooftop bar? Pure delicious drama! And that room, pure luxe. Plus, don't get me started on the nearby joints like Bubba Gump's and Junior's; major yum alert! 🍔🗽

Those bed linens and pillows had a holey situation going on, and the lobby was a tight squeeze. Elevators?

The rooms are super spacious with two queen beds, making it perfect for a group of four like us. The laptop-friendly workspace and free WiFi were a big plus for staying connected.

the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious with nice views. the hotel had great facilities, including a well-maintained gym and a rooftop bar with a great view.

The thermostat in the rooms was difficult to control, resulting in a cold room. the toiletries provided were basic and not up to the standards of other Hyatt properties.

I did have a surprise fee for wifi and water, but overall it was a great experience with comfy beds and a cozy market.

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session because it provides a 24-hour business center, complimentary WiFi, and access to a 24-hour fitness center, giving me the resources I needed to work without having to leave the hotel.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of printing and copying services in the business center.

We had a great stay at this hotel, we recommend it to families. Its location is perfect, just off Times Square and within walking distance of many attractions. There are numerous subways nearby which made it easy to get around. The service was excellent, from the friendly and helpful staff to the great room amenities. The staff, including the cleaning staff, the manager, receptionist and doorman, all looked after us very well.

The restaurant manager who looked unprofessional and didn't make the wonderful hotel look good. However, this didn't affect our overall experience.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Broadway theatres, subway stations, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. I loved that my room was ready early, and the heated bathroom floor was a luxurious touch. Special shoutouts to Yenny at the front desk, Walter, and the wonderful maid. I will definitely be returning in August when I check my daughter into college.
